Photos and trailers
We don’t use stills, posters, logos or screenshots from any drama or streaming platform. Scene notes are our own short descriptions, and drama titles are used only to name the show.
Photos show the real places or their surroundings. For restaurants and food streets we show the dish they are known for; that photo may have been taken elsewhere. They are openly licensed (CC0, public domain, CC BY, CC BY-SA, or KOGL Type 1, the Korea Open Government License that asks only for credit), from Wikimedia Commons, the Korea Tourism Organization (its photo gallery and tourist information) and the Seoul Research Data Service, shown unedited, and credited on the photo itself. A photo of the neighbourhood rather than the venue is labelled “Nearby area”.
Trailers are the official videos the streaming platforms publish on YouTube. We embed them with YouTube’s player; we don’t copy or host them.
Ownership and affiliation
Drama titles, characters and related marks belong to their owners. Korea Trip Planner is independent and isn’t affiliated with, or endorsed by, any production company, broadcaster or streaming platform.
Where information comes from
Filming locations and visitor details are collected from public sources, then reviewed and written up by us before they are published. Only places we have reviewed appear on the site.
Prices and details can change
Costs are estimates. Opening hours, admission fees and transport details change, so check with the venue or operator before you go. Filming locations may be private property or closed to visitors, so please respect the people who live and work there.
Corrections and takedown requests
If something on a page is wrong, or you own material you believe we should not show, tell us and we will review it promptly.
